The pride of a civilisation, the 6 kilometer hollow spindle is a massive mobile habitat dwarfing a Starfleet Spacedock for both scale and motive force. Its long tapered nose cone is sheathed in thick ice armour and an interlocking hull of a unknown material constructed from a single molecule. This incredibly strong and durable material has weathered the ravages of intergalactic space for untold centuries.

The stern of the vessel is dotted with weapons emplacements of various sizes, but scaled to match the gargantuan vessel. ONe of the smaller armaments, supposed to be a point defense battery on automatic, was able to pierce the shields of a upgraded Ronin class heavy cruiser and deliver enough kinetic energy in one shot to tear apart a science lab an further penetrate the hull.

Exterior investigations have determined the the Ark was vented by means of a large hole cut into the hull, scouring the interior of the habitat section via explosive decompression.
