Mission Summary
During the high warp cruise up towards the Globular Cluster, the crew is getting into the swing of things. The Traveller is still new so nothing's broken, but people have rough edges. Better to get these sort of things out of the way now before they get to where they're going.
Suddenly the Traveller is pulled from warp, entering into a dark matter asteroid field. Unable to regain warp power, and currently unable to detect the extent of the dark matter field, these are problems that our science and engineering players can work on. But it also provides the tension of being just close enough to home to run back quickly, having said 'You know, we tried our best.'
It's a test of their resolve.
But in the dark, amid their hopes and fears, other things lye in wait...to be discovered.
